Shipping Costs

  • For Prepaid Oder: We charge no shipping and handling fee. Free shipping is included.
  • For COD orders: Free shipping is included.

Order Processing

We process orders within 1 business day. High-volume periods may trigger brief delays, but we maintain real-time coordination across our logistics stack to keep timelines predictable.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We deploy tiered delivery options designed for speed and cost alignment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Transit windows are estimates and may shift based on carrier performance, regional constraints, or environmental conditions.

International Shipping

We currently support select international markets. Duties, taxes, and import fees fall under the customer’s responsibility. Cross-border shipments may face extended transit due to customs protocols.

Order Tracking

Once your order is released to the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking link enabling full visibility from dispatch to delivery via Whatsapp and Email. Our Logistic Partners Include BlueDart, Ekart , Delhivery and XpressBees.

Address Accuracy

Customers are accountable for entering correct and complete address details. Inaccurate information may cause delivery failures or rerouting charges.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your shipment appears lost, delayed beyond standard thresholds, or arrives damaged, contact our support team within 7 days. We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution pathway replacement, refund, or credit based on incident findings.

Returns & Refused Deliveries

Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees. Refund eligibility aligns with our Return Policy.
