1. Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery for replacements of the same item.

Process: To initiate an exchange, please email your Order ID to feedback@opexdecor.com. Our team will provide detailed instructions via email.

Requirement: An unboxing video clearly documenting the issue is mandatory. This video must be sent to the email above within 48 hours of delivery.

Logistics: Please note that HomeGreens does not provide return pickup services. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility for exchange or refund.
2. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition: unused, unaltered, and free of any dirt or stains.

Seal Integrity: Items with broken, used, or tampered seals are ineligible for a refund.

Electronics: Once the seal is broken or the item is used, electronics are eligible for exchange only; no refunds will be issued.

Liquid Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on liquid products.

Quality Assurance: Every order undergoes a rigorous quality check and video-recorded dispatch process to ensure accuracy.
3. Financial Terms
Upon successful receipt and quality inspection of the returned item:

The product amount will be credited to your account.

Please Note: Original shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. Policy Exceptions
We do not accept returns or refunds for "Buyer’s Remorse." This includes, but is not limited to:

Change of mind or "no longer needed."

Incorrect design, color, or product selected by the customer.

Finding the product at a lower price elsewhere.

Items purchased under promotional offers or schemes.
