The Homegreens respects every user of our service and is committed to protecting your privacy when you use Homegreens. Your trust is very important to us, and we will go out of our way to earn it and keep it. We will not ever rent or sell your personal information to any third party, and we do not send spam. You can use Homegreens without having an account. You can also contact us about a particular image, post, product, or other posting without having a Homegreens account. Certain other activities on Homegreens, such as uploading images, selling your artwork as products, posting comments, or applying for collaborations, require you to have a Homegreens account. We ask for some personal information when you create a Homegreens account, including a valid email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. The Homegreens account allows you to access many of our services that require registration. We may collect personally identifiable information from you when you seek access to certain portions of Homegreens service, publish content for sale, and/or register for our services, such as collaborations. This information may be used to fulfill your requests for services, operate, maintain, and provide to you the general and personalized features and functionality of Homegreens, process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us, communicate with you about your account, support your online activities, respond to your questions, customize your experience, and customize the content or features of Homegreens service. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, physical and e-mail addresses, phone numbers, Internet address, and type of computer, as well as your preferences and usage patterns. Exchange

You can exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, first send us an email along with your order ID at support@homegreens.com and follow the instructions mentioned in the email. In the case of any refund or exchange, the buyer has to send the product himself/herself as we do not offer return pickup facilities.

Return or Refund

Broken seal or used or open-seal packet is not eligible for any refund. In the case of electronic items, once the seal is broken and used, it will not be eligible for any refund and can only ask for an exchange. In the case of refunds, shipping and COD charges are not applicable, and the same amount would be deducted from the paid order amount. There will be no refund for liquid items.

We strictly check the products before dispatch following the daily video recording of the dispatch process.

To be eligible for a refund on returning an item, the item must be unused, without dirt, any kind of spots, any alteration work, package tampering, and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive the return products and it passes the quality check parameters successfully, then the product amount (less courier and COD charges) will be credited back to your account.
